After my first ever visit to Einstein, I have to say I was pleasantly suprised and will go back. I was, however, a little bit disappointed by the lack of lunch sandwich choices. I did end up with a Melt and it was amazingly delicious. The staff could have been a bit more attentive instead of having their own private conversations. Overall though, a good quick lunch stop.

Maybe 2.5 stars tops. This place has gone downhill over the past several years. Many years ago we were regulars but stopped going due to a number of factors including price to quality ratio and inconsistent service. We recently received some coupons so we thought we'd give it another try. The line was long, the service felt slow in relation to other places, bagels are fairly priced, but my son got a special bagel with cream cheese, honey, and granola and strawberries - that we got free with coupon but is priced at $3.99. The three of us each took a bite, thought it was "ok" at best and agreed we'd never pay $4 for one. I think you can find better options for your morning bagel in Cranberry

I stopped in with my boyfriend for a quick bite to eat and a cup of coffee before heading to Walmart. Even though Einstein Bros is right off of 19, it's a maze to get to it. It probably stays in business because it's right next to a Jiffy Lube, NOT because anyone actually wants to go there. The whole experience was terrible. The guy who took our order was screaming at us and seemed very hard of hearing and angry about it. Everything we said had to be repeated several times and screamed as well. He didn't know what was on the menu - when we ordered and were reading right off the menu, it was like he had never heard of any of the menu items. He also sliced the bagels into a 7/8-1/8 split - not in half. The coffee was water. Period. We asked for and received a refund on the coffee. It seemed like the cashier was pretty used to refunding coffees, but she gave incorrect change. Finally, the whole store was dirty. There was actually dirt, grime and trash everywhere, including in the silverware containers. All of the silverware that was out had a visible coating or grease/grime on it and there was trash (wrappers and sugar packets) inside the containers. I had to ask for a clean spoon, and when I did, the employees complained about me right in front of my face. I will definitely not return.

I went here on a Sunday morning with a group of family friends. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese on a plain bagel and my father ordered a smoked salmon cream cheese on an onion bagel. Our bagels came out and they weren't exactly what we ordered. Mine came out with a whole wheat bagel which wasn't what i ordered and my fathers, after specifically telling the guy working the counter what he wanted came out with all sorts of random sh*t. It came out with arugula, cucumbers, and capers. Literally nothing like what he ordered. On top of that when we ordered two waters we got what was the equivalent of two plastic dixie cups and had to hunt down a janky tap on the side of the soda fountains. The staff seemed to have no idea how to take simple orders and I'm assuming the only requirement to get a job there is to have your GED and know how to roll a joint.Would have rather gone to McDonalds.

I can't say I've ever been disappointed by my meals here, but on the other hand there's certainly room to improve - specifically with customer service interactions. The breakfast bagels are good and the tuna sandwich bagels aren't too bad. I got my breakfast sandwich on a blueberry bagel today and it was a nice pairing. Overall it's a decent place to stop. Solid 4, for sure.

Great place to have breakfast. I love siting outside at their little tables and enjoying the weather while eating a yummy bagel. Their espresso drinks have some room for improvement however, they're not bad but I would rather get one on my way there than have one of their's.

Einstein Bros. is a very good sandwich/bagel chain. This location is right near the Pa. Turnpike and I-79 in Cranberry in the middle of a big box shopping center. I stopped in while driving to DC and going back to Cleveland because it was good and convenient for lunch. On the way to DC I had the California Chicken Wrap and coming back, I had an asiago bagel dog. I got a back of chips with both. The wrap was excellent. It had chicken, alfalfa sprouts, tomatoes, garlic herb cream cheese, and other greens inside a whole wheat tortilla. The only major criticism was how garlicky and herby it was. It still tasted really good, but it will wreak havoc on your breath. The bagel dog was good, but nothing spectacular. The bagel itself tasted good, but it was a little burnt for my taste. The whole package was just kind of bland, but not bad. Some mustard would have done it good. Overall, if you're looking for a good place to get lunch, Einstien Bros. is a good place to go.
